We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Press Brake Operator to join our manufacturing team. Responsibilities
- Set up and operate press brake machines to produce accurate bends according to blueprints and technical drawings
- Read and interpret detailed blueprints, technical specifications, and work orders to determine proper machine settings
- Use hand tools, calipers, and other measuring devices to verify dimensions and ensure quality standards are met
- Adjust machine parameters as needed during production runs to maintain precision and efficiency
- Conduct routine maintenance on press brake equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety
- Collaborate with team members on assembly processes that require precise metal forming or shaping
- Perform quality inspections on finished parts, ensuring compliance with specifications and tolerances
Requirements
- Proven experience operating press brake machines in a manufacturing or machining environment
- Strong mechanical knowledge of CNC (Computer Numerical Control) systems,
- Ability to read blueprints accurately and interpret technical drawings with attention to detail
- Proficiency in using hand tools, calipers, measuring tapes, and basic math skills for accurate measurements
- Knowledge of safety procedures related to machining equipment such as cranes and forklifts
- Basic understanding of machining operations including CNC programming and mechanical troubleshooting

Pay: $22.00-$29.00 per hour
