Job Summary

Newfore Inc. is looking for an experienced Renovations Skilled Worker for ongoing residential and commercial renovation projects throughout Hamilton and surrounding areas.

This position is piece work based. The skilled worker is responsible for completing the assigned scope of work according to the agreed price, schedule, and Newfore's quality standards.

We are looking for someone who is experienced, reliable, takes pride in their work, and can work independently while maintaining clear communication with the Project Manager.

Punctuality is paramount. Delivering projects on time is how we maintain our reputation. You will work well as part of a team and carry yourself to a high standard, striving to demonstrate your best work. Transparent communication with the Project Manager will be established and maintained regularly throughout the project. Job sites will be kept neat, clean and organized.



Must have previous experience with:

- Hardwood/laminate flooring installation

- Tiling

- Trim work

- Framing (wood and metal)

- Drywall and taping

- Painting

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications

Job experience in construction is required (renovations and skilled trade). A vehicle and proper licensing is required. Basic tools, safety glasses and boots are also required. Company shirts will be provided.

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
