Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic House Person to join our hospitality team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of guest areas, corridors, service spaces, and public areas. Your proactive approach will ensure a welcoming environment that exceeds guest expectations and supports the smooth operation of our facility. Responsibilities

- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, lobbies, and public spaces to uphold high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- Assist with replenishing supplies such as linens, toiletries, and amenities in guest rooms and common areas
- Conduct routine inspections of corridors, stairwells, service areas, and other designated spaces to identify maintenance or safety issues
- Support the housekeeping team by handling laundry duties and waste disposal efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness of service elevators, carts, storage closets, and utility areas to ensure operational readiness




- Respond promptly to guest requests or concerns related to cleanliness or facility maintenance
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures related to industrial cleaning and custodial work

Requirements

- Proven experience in hotel housekeeping, custodial work, or industrial cleaning environments preferred
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation standards, and hospitality industry practices
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning equipment
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining a pristine setting
- Good communication skills and a friendly attitude toward guests and team members
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
