Rainbow Net & Rigging Ltd. is a 40 year business that is locally owned. The company specializes in Commercial Fishing and Industrial Marine. We are currently looking for a strong, organized, and reliable person in our Net/Rigging Manufacturing department.

Responsibilities:

- Are including but not limited to splicing, rigging of nets and warehouse maintenance (i.e. cleaning and organizing).
- Accurately following manufacturing plans and work orders. Allocating hours and materials to each order.
- Cleaning and general maintenance is required.
- Organize, label and place inventory back in stock.

Requirements:

- Excellent time management, problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
- Ability to lift 75lbs.
- Able to follow instructions and has a courteous helpful attitude.




- Solid accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness and ability to adapt to organizational changes affecting the role.
- Work Experience in rigging and the commercial fishing industry would be an asset but not required.
- Forklift certification and computer skills would be an asset but also not required.
- IF YOU HAVE THE WILLINGNESS TO LEARN, THERE IS NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED, WE WILL TRAIN YOU!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
