Carpenter – Residential Renovations

We are looking for a Renovations Carpenter who takes pride in quality workmanship and enjoys transforming homes. The successful candidate will work on a variety of projects including kitchens, bathrooms, basements, whole home renovations, additions, and restoration-related reconstruction projects.

This position is ideal for someone who wants to expand their skills across all aspects of residential construction while working alongside an experienced team of project managers, carpenters, and skilled trades.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Perform rough and finish carpentry including framing, drywall, trim, doors, windows, cabinetry, flooring, and finishing work.
- Assist with residential renovation projects including kitchens, bathrooms, basements, and home additions.
- Complete demolition and site preparation as required.
- Read plans, drawings, and work orders to complete projects accurately.
- Coordinate and work alongside subcontractors and other trades.
- Load, unload,



and transport materials safely.
- Operate hand tools and power equipment safely and effectively.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site.
- Communicate professionally with homeowners, project managers, and team members.
- Follow all company health and safety procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

- 3+ years of carpentry or residential renovation experience required.
- 3+ years of general construction experience preferred.
- Experience with framing, drywall, trim, flooring, doors, windows, and cabinetry installation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Must have basic hand tools and a smartphone.
- Basic computer and technology skills.
- Valid G Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding work.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Restoration or reconstruction experience is considered an asset.
- Ability to work occasional after-hours or emergency assignments when required.

Pay: $25.00-$38.00 per hour
