Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and friendly Bartender/Server to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service while preparing drinks, serving food, and ensuring guests have an outstanding dining experience. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create a lively atmosphere that keeps guests coming back.

Duties

- Take and serve drink orders efficiently using POS systems such as Micros POS
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair
- Greet guests warmly, take food and beverage orders accurately, and deliver them promptly
- Handle cash transactions, process payments accurately, and manage cash handling responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards
- Assist in food service by delivering orders to tables and ensuring guest satisfaction




- Monitor guest needs throughout their visit to provide attentive hospitality and resolve any issues promptly

Qualifications

- Previous experience in restaurant or food industry settings preferred, especially in bartending or serving roles
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
- Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining quality service
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures
- Basic math skills for cashiering, cash handling, and processing payments accurately
- Experience with food service operations including serving, bartending, and cashiering is highly desirable

Pay: $38,000.00-$42,000.00 per year
