Be a part of something that lasts.
Our team designs and manufactures large-scale industrial equipment used across North America — from electrified oil & gas systems to mobile and modular power generation technologies. Our products operate in some of the toughest environments in the world — and we’re looking for talented people to help us deliver the next generation of energy solutions.
We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of projects from start-up through completion. Working across Sales, Engineering, Planning, Supply Chain and Production, you'll help turn complex project requirements into finished products-keeping people, materials, schedules, budgets and customer expectations aligned
What You’ll Do
- Manage the full lifecycle of new equipment and service/refurbishment projects from start-up through completion.
- Review project scope received from Sales and work with Engineering and Planning to define project requirements, deliverables, timelines, labour needs, risks, assumptions, and responsibilities.
- Ensure materials and components are identified, ordered, and available to support project schedules.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain, Fabrication, Paint, and Production to coordinate materials, resources, and project requirements, including customer-supplied materials.
- Work with Sales and the Production Planner to develop realistic and achievable project schedules and forecasts.
- Ensure project teams are appropriately resourced and understand their roles, responsibilities, timelines, and expectations.
- Monitor project performance to ensure work is completed safely, on time,
within budget, and according to specifications and quality standards.
- Conduct regular labour and material reviews, monitoring target hours, project costs, and material availability.
- Identify project risks, delays, resource constraints, and other issues, and take action to keep projects on track.
- Track project progress and provide clear, timely updates to internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage project changes through the established change-control process, ensuring changes to scope, schedule, cost, or requirements are documented and communicated.
- Coordinate resources across multiple projects and resolve scheduling or resource conflicts as they arise.
- Work with Test Technicians to coordinate testing requirements and ensure required documentation is completed and submitted.
- Maintain effective communication with customers throughout the project lifecycle and respond to project-related needs and concerns.
- Ensure project documentation is complete and accurate to support invoicing.
- Conduct project close-outs and post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and opportunities for continuous improvement.
What You’ll Bring
- Minimum 5 years of relevant industry experience,
ideally within manufacturing, industrial equipment, oilfield equipment, or a related setting.
- Mechanical, technical, or project management education or training is considered an asset.
- Experience managing projects involving multiple departments, technical requirements, materials, labour, schedules, budgets, and customer deliverables.
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems and heavy industrial or oilfield equipment is considered an asset.
- Strong project planning, organizational, and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
- Ability to identify project risks and issues, develop solutions, and make sound decisions with a high degree of autonomy.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to coordinate teams, establish expectations, and promote accountability.
- Strong customer-service mindset with the ability to understand and respond to customer requirements.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, team-oriented manufacturing environment.
