3. FOLLOWING THE PROCESS, LEARNING THE CRAFT

ABOUT PORTERS
Porter's Infrastructure Products has been manufacturing precast concrete products for over 50 years. Our Dresden plant has been part of that story for the last 25, and it's currently preparing for an exciting stretch of growth. Our facility already runs on overhead cranes, heavy machinery, and moulds, and with the recent addition of a state-of-the-art concrete batching system on site, we can now mix our own concrete product in-house rather than relying on outside suppliers. It's a strong advantage, and it means more opportunity, more growth, and better lives for the people on our team.
Our floor team needs to grow as we take on more work, and that starts with the people building our products every day. We're looking for Production Workers who want to learn a real trade, work with their hands, and grow along with us.
Porter's rewards people who stick with it. Good work gets noticed, continuous improvement gets encouraged, and loyalty and responsibility get rewarded with real opportunities for advancement as the business expands.
