Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Live-in Resident Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Highrise residential property centrally located in the west end of Vancouver, with no pets. This role is essential in ensuring a high standard of living for residents, maintaining property integrity, and fostering positive community relationships. The Resident Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for residents, staff, and vendors, driving operational excellence and delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities

- Manage and caretaking all aspects of property operations, including leasing, maintenance coordination, carrying and responding to the emergency phone and resident relations
- Serve as the main point of contact for residents, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly with professionalism and courtesy
- Oversee administrative tasks such as data entry, filing documents, and maintaining accurate records
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure safety standards, cleanliness, and overall appearance meet company expectations
- Cleaning, groundskeeping and coordinating with vendors and contractors when necessary to schedule repairs and maintenance work efficiently
- Handle lease agreements,



renewals, and move-in/move-out processes while ensuring compliance with policies
- Utilize customer relationship management tools to foster positive resident engagement and retention

Skills

- Proficiency with basic computer software for data entry and reporting
- Strong office experience combined with administrative expertise in filing, record keeping, and document management
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively via phone etiquette and in person
- Experience in property management or related fields such as sales or customer relationship management
- Negotiation skills to handle lease agreements, vendor contracts, and conflict resolution effectively
- Processing and tracking maintenance requests and work orders
- Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $4,000.00-$4,100.00 per month
