MSKrehab - Physiotherapy and Sports Medicine
Canada
How to apply

[email protected]. Current registration with College of Physiotherapists of Alberta is required.
About the role
MSKrehab is looking for an experienced, autonomous physiotherapist who gets excited about the hard cases: chronic pain, complex spine, and motor vehicle accident (MVA) rehabilitation. Someone ready for a change of setting that actually respects the depth of what they do. We're not a volume clinic. We believe in a patient dedicated environment, not just a mill. We run a care-coordination model with local GP and specialty clinics, and our team takes the craft seriously.
If you're strong at what you do and want a setting built to match that, we'd like to hear from you.
Location: MSKrehab, Unit 407, 8989 Macleod Trail SW, South Calgary, AB
Availability: Morning and evening availability, flexible scheduling. Minimum 3 days/week, full-time preferred. Optional weekend hours if you want them.
Employment type: Employee or independent contractor, your choice at signing.
EMR: Juvonno (templated or fully customizable SOAP notes).
Why join us
- Real autonomy over your caseload and clinical approach, not a treadmill
- A care-coordination model with local GP and specialty offices creating genuinely collaborative work
- Peer exchange with a fellow FCAMPT clinician (Gunn IMS, McGill Method, etc.)
- A caseload of complex, interesting cases rather than the same three presentations on repeat
- Transparent, credential-driven compensation (details below)
- 1-on-1 care with 45-60 minute assessments and 30 minute follow-ups
Who you are
- A registered physiotherapist in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Alberta
- Experienced and comfortable running your own caseload with minimal oversight
- FCAMPT or advanced-practice trained, or working toward it
- A strong communicator who works well within a team-oriented model
- Genuinely interested in chronic MSK, spine, and becoming an expert in the field
Minimum qualifications
- Registered Physiotherapist in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Alberta
- Valid malpractice insurance
- Demonstrated experience managing a full, autonomous MSK/spine caseload
Strong assets
- Gunn IMS or other dry needling certification
- Spinal manipulation / advanced manual therapy (Level 4–5)
- Concussion and/or vestibular rehabilitation training
- FCAMPT designation or IFOMPT-approved advanced credentials
Compensation
Employee and independent-contractor options available. Base split 40–45% depending on structure, with a tiered model rewarding advanced credentials, certifications, and productivity: up to 60% on clinic patients (IC), and up to 70% on self-generated patients. Full tiered structure shared during the process.
Pay: $96.00-$144.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
Benefits:

- On-site parking
