Label Ready Hub (LRH) is looking for experienced music producers to join our growing network of independent mentors.

This is an opportunity for established underground producers to share their knowledge directly with developing artists while building their own independent mentorship practice.

You choose what you teach, when you are available, how much you charge, and how many students you want to work with.

What you'll do;

Mentor developing artists in areas such as:

- Music production
- Arrangement and composition
- Workflow and creative process
- Sound selection and synthesis
- Genre-specific production techniques
- Track feedback and development
- DAW workflow
- Finishing and preparing tracks for release

You are not required to follow a fixed curriculum. Sessions can be structured around your own experience and the needs of each student.

You must be proficient or knowledgable in at least one underground electronic music genre to be considered.

Requirements

- 3+ years of practical music production experience
- Strong hands on knowledge of underground electronic music required
- Strong working knowledge of your chosen DAW
- Demonstrable experience creating and/or releasing music
- Ability to provide useful, constructive feedback
- Portfolio, artist profile, releases or other examples of your work
- Professional and reliable communication

Formal education in music is not required. Degrees, diplomas or other formal qualifications are welcome but are not necessary. Practical experience is what matters most.

Earnings

You set your own rates.

There is no fixed salary or hourly wage. Mentors earn through the sessions they choose to offer, meaning your potential earnings depend on your rates, availability and student demand.

You can offer a few sessions per month or build mentorship into a significant ongoing income stream.

Who we're looking for

We're interested in producers from all areas of underground and independent music, including D&B;, techno, house, UKG, dubstep, jungle, garage, breaks, experimental music and more.

We're particularly interested in people who have real-world experience they can pass on, whether that's years of production, releasing records, performing, running a studio, working with artists or simply developing a robust body of work.

This is an independent mentor opportunity, not a salaried employment position.
