Automotive Sales Consultant – Bolton Kia

Bolton Kia is growing, and we are looking for a hardworking, motivated, and energetic Automotive Sales Consultant to join our team.

We are not simply looking for someone to stand in the showroom and wait for customers. We want someone who is hungry to succeed, willing to learn, passionate about cars, and ready to build their own business within our dealership.

The right candidate will be comfortable speaking with customers, following up consistently, creating their own opportunities, and using social media and video to market themselves and our vehicles.

- Excellent communication and customer-service skills
- Comfortable approaching and speaking with new customers
- Strong follow-up skills and willingness to work every lead
- Comfortable using Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other social media platforms
- Must be comfortable in front of the camera and willing to create vehicle walkarounds, reels, social media videos and other content
- Willing to prospect and generate business instead of relying only on dealership walk-in traffic
- Organized and committed to properly using the dealership CRM
- Team player who is coachable and open to training
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Automotive sales experience is an asset
- Previous Kia experience is a strong asset
- Valid OMVIC registration/licence, or ability to obtain one
- Valid Ontario driver's licence

Your Responsibilities





- Assist customers in selecting the right Kia for their needs and budget
- Build relationships with customers from first contact through delivery and after-sales follow-up
- Respond quickly to internet, phone and showroom leads
- Maintain consistent follow-up with every customer
- Conduct professional vehicle presentations and test drives
- Maintain strong product knowledge across the Kia lineup
- Prospect for new business through referrals, networking and social media
- Create regular video and social media content to promote yourself, the dealership and our inventory
- Work closely with Sales Management and the Finance Department to provide an excellent customer experience
- Meet and exceed individual and dealership sales targets

Pay: $70,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
