Duties

- Greet customers warmly and identify their needs through active listening and engaging conversation
- Demonstrate products effectively, highlighting features and benefits to enhance customer understanding and interest
- Assist customers with product selection, upselling relevant items to maximize sales opportunities
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately for transactions, including cash handling and receipt issuance
- Maintain organized merchandising displays that attract attention and promote featured products
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive shopping experience
- Manage time efficiently to serve multiple customers while maintaining high service standards




- Use multilingual skills to communicate effectively with diverse customer groups when applicable

Experience

- Previous retail sales or customer service experience preferred, especially in technology or electronics sales
- Demonstrated ability to perform product demos confidently and educate customers about technical features
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a strong plus for engaging with diverse clientele
- Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering procedures, and cash handling procedures required
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly and patiently
- Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and managing cash registers
- Excellent organizational skills to keep merchandise displays tidy and inventory well-managed
- Proven ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
