Bliss Bakery & Bistro – Peachland Waterfront

Bliss Bakery & Bistro is looking for an experienced barista who genuinely loves coffee, great food, and people to join our team at our beautiful waterfront location in Peachland.

☕ Barista experience is essential.

We are specifically looking for someone who already has hands-on café/barista experience and is confident working with espresso, steaming milk, preparing specialty drinks, and maintaining quality and consistency in a busy environment.

This is much more than simply taking orders. Our team delivers the Bliss Experience — creating a welcoming, friendly and memorable experience for every guest who walks through our doors.

What we're looking for:

- Previous barista experience is required
- Confident preparing espresso-based drinks and specialty coffee
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Positive, energetic and genuinely enjoys interacting with the public
- Reliable, punctual and able to work well as part of a team
- Comfortable handling cash and operating a POS system
- An appreciation for exceptional food, coffee and hospitality




- Someone who takes pride in keeping their workspace clean, organized and inviting
