Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly, take orders accurately using POS systems such as Micros POS, and process payments efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, upselling menu items, and ensuring guest satisfaction
- Prepare and assemble food items following food safety and sanitation standards, maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen area
- Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and cashiering duties
- Maintain proper food handling procedures, including sanitation, storage, and food preparation protocols
- Support kitchen operations by assisting with food prep, ingredient portioning, and ensuring timely delivery of orders




- Manage time effectively to handle multiple tasks during busy periods while maintaining high-quality service standards

Skills

- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments with a strong focus on guest services and food handling
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS for order processing and cashiering functions
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during peak hours
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that enhances guest experiences
- Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food preparation techniques
- Ability to perform basic math calculations for transactions and inventory management
- Experience in food industry roles such as serving, food prep, or kitchen support is highly valued
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and assist guests confidently
- A background in hospitality or restaurant experience that demonstrates adaptability and a positive work ethic
