Titan Plumbing LTD is a young and growing plumbing company based in Winnipeg, and we’re looking to add a Level 3 or Level 4 Apprentice Plumber to our team.

We’re a small crew and take a lot of pride in the work we put out. Our work includes new residential construction, custom homes, renovations, commercial projects and service work, so no two weeks are necessarily the same.

As a smaller company, you’ll be working directly alongside the owners and will have the opportunity to be involved in jobs from start to finish. We’re looking for someone who already has a solid plumbing background, can take direction, work independently when needed, and wants to continue developing their skills toward becoming a journeyman.

We’re still a growing company, so we may not have all the perks of a large company yet, but we want to build a good team of people who enjoy coming to work, take pride in what they do and want the opportunity to grow with the company.

What We’re Looking For

- Level 3 or Level 4 registered plumbing apprentice
- Reliable, motivated and able to show up on time
- Good understanding of residential plumbing and rough-ins
- Comfortable reading plans and laying out plumbing systems
- Able to work independently as well as alongside our crew
- Takes pride in clean, quality workmanship
- Good attitude and easy to work with
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation
- Own basic plumbing hand tools
- Commercial and service experience is an asset

Responsibilities

- Residential and commercial plumbing installations
- Rough-in drainage, venting and water distribution systems
- Fixture installation and finishing
- Read plans and help with job layout
- Troubleshoot and complete service/repair work
- Work independently when required
- Keep job sites clean and organized
- Communicate with homeowners, contractors and other trades professionally

Requirements

- Registered Level 3 or Level 4 Plumbing Apprentice in Manitoba
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation
- Minimum 2–3 years of plumbing experience
- Experience with residential rough-ins and finishing
- Able to read plans and understand plumbing layouts
- Good working knowledge of drainage, venting and water distribution systems
- Comfortable using standard plumbing tools and equipment
- Able to work independently when required and take direction when needed
- Reliable, punctual and able to manage your time effectively
- Takes pride in clean, quality workmanship
- Able to communicate professionally with homeowners, contractors and other trades
- Own basic plumbing hand tools
- Able to perform the physical requirements of the trade
- Commercial and service experience is an asset, but not required

Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35.0 – 50.0 per week
