This opportunity will appeal to a strong Fleet Administrator looking for a rapid-paced role that combines customer service, administration, and accounting support.

Your success will be defined by your ability to:

- Provide front-line support and customer service to drivers and customers
- Manage and maintain driver and fleet records
- Process transactions, account adjustments, and data entry with a high degree of accuracy
- Monitor and reconcile driver accounts and outstanding balances
- Assist with registrations, licensing, and fleet-related administrative tasks
- Support reporting, billing, and payment reconciliation activities

Your strengths include:

- 3+ years of administration or customer service or experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Intermediate Excel skills and strong computer proficiency
- A proactive, adaptable, and customer-focused approach
