Mr. Lube + Tires is looking for motivated Tire & Lube Technicians to join our team.

You don't need to be a licensed mechanic. If you're dependable, comfortable working with your hands, enjoy working with people, and are willing to learn, we'll provide the training you need to succeed.

What You'll Do

As a Tire & Lube Technician, you'll work directly with customers and their vehicles, providing excellent service while performing a variety of automotive maintenance and tire services.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Performing oil and filter changes
- Installing, removing, balancing and rotating tires
- Inspecting tires for tread depth, wear patterns and overall condition
- Repairing tires when appropriate
- Checking and adjusting tire pressures
- Replacing automotive fluids, including coolant, transmission, differential and transfer case fluids
- Replacing air filters, cabin air filters, wiper blades, bulbs and other basic maintenance items
- Performing vehicle courtesy and maintenance checks
- Reviewing recommended maintenance and services with customers
- Providing friendly, professional customer service
- Working closely with the rest of the shop team to provide a fast and positive customer experience
- Maintaining a clean, organized and safe work environment

Previous automotive or tire experience is an asset, but it is not required. We will train the right person.
