Duties

- Prepare food items according to established recipes and safety standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
- Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, to process orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve customers with a friendly attitude, taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance their experience.
- Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by following proper food handling procedures and sanitation protocols.
- Manage time effectively during busy hours to ensure timely service and smooth kitchen operations.




- Support food safety practices by adhering to health regulations, proper food storage, and hygiene standards.

Experience

- Previous food service or restaurant experience is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn!
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques and basic math skills for accurate order processing and cash handling.
- Experience using POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus; training will be provided if needed.
- Robust customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and positively with guests.
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling practices.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced workplace while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic kitchen experience or familiarity with the food industry will help you excel in this role.
