Position: HR Generalist

Location: Oshawa, Ontario

Salary: $75,000–$77,000 annually

Shift: Days, Monday–Friday

Status: Full time, Permanent

Industry: Manufacturing

Job Summary:

We are currently recruiting an experienced HR Generalist to support a busy manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on HR role supporting employee relations, recruitment, attendance and performance management, training, Health & Safety, policies, and employee engagement.

Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience
- Previous HR experience within a manufacturing environment is required
- Strong full-cycle recruitment experience, including plant-floor through management-level positions
- Experience with employee relations,



investigations, disciplinary matters, attendance and performance management
- Experience supporting Health & Safety, accommodations and return-to-work matters
- Strong knowledge of Ontario employment legislation
- Comfortable providing HR guidance and coaching to supervisors and managers

Experience:

- Human Resources: 5 years (required)
- Manufacturing : 5 years (required)

Work Location: In person

Pay: $75,000.00-$77,000.00 per year
