Job Location: North York, Ontario
Job Type: Full-time, direct-hire opportunity.
Compensation: Salary range starts from $50,000 or more depending on experience + paid time off + extended health/dental/vision benefits & more!
Key Responsibilities:
· Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the service process.
· Greet customers, assess service needs, and provide professional recommendations for repairs and maintenance.
· Prepare accurate service estimates, work orders, and quotations.
· Communicate repair timelines, progress updates, and service recommendations clearly and professionally.
· Coordinate with technicians and parts personnel to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of repairs.
· Build strong customer relationships that promote loyalty and repeat business.
· Manage customer inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism and urgency.
· Maintain accurate records, documentation, and invoicing related to service activities.
· Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and support service department growth.
· Contribute to a safe,
organized, and customer-focused work environment.
What You Bring:
· Previous experience as a Service Advisor, Service Writer, Customer Service, or similar role.
· Previous experience within automotive, transportation, trucking, fleet, heavy equipment, or dealership environments is considered a strong asset.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport and trust.
· Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
· Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
· Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
· Proficiency with service management software and general computer applications.
· Must have a valid driver’s license
Desired Skills/Preferred Experience:
· Commercial truck, transportation, automotive, fleet, or aftermarket service experience.
· Knowledge of repair order processes, labor quoting, and parts estimating.
· Experience working within a dealership or service center environment.
