Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding service to enhance their experience
- Assist with daily operational tasks such as stocking, organizing, and maintaining the sales floor or workspace
- Support team members in completing transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work environment to ensure safety and efficiency
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and deliver seamless service
- Handle customer inquiries professionally, providing information or directing them to appropriate resources




- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to stay informed about company updates and best practices

Qualifications

- Strong communication skills with a friendly, positive attitude
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Flexible availability to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays
- Basic organizational skills and attention to detail
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is a plus but not required—training will be provided!

Pay: $16.00-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16.0 – 30.0 per week
