Adecco is currently hiring a Shipper/Receiver Forklift Operator (Counter Balance and Reach) for a full-time opportunity in an industrial environment in Etobicoke, ON. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in shipping and receiving, forklift operation, inventory control, logistics, warehouse operations, and material handling.

As a Shipper/Receiver Forklift Operator (Counter Balance and Reach), you will be responsible for loading and unloading products, fulfilling customer orders, managing inventory movements, and supporting safe and efficient warehouse operations.

- Pay Rate: $25.00/hour

- Location: Etobicoke, ON

- Shift: Monday to Friday | 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM

- Job type: Temporary | Full-time

Responsibilities:
Shipping, Receiving & Order Fulfillment

- Pick, package, and prepare customer orders for shipment.

- Load and unload packaged and bulk products safely and efficiently.

- Verify shipping and receiving documentation for accuracy and compliance.

- Perform visual inspections and product quality checks as required.

Inventory & Warehouse Operations

- Support inventory management of finished goods and raw materials.

- Accurately document inventory movements and transactions.

- Follow proper storage, handling, and material control procedures.

- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.

Safety & Equipment





- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely.

- Inspect equipment and report maintenance or safety concerns.

- Follow all health, safety, environmental, and operational procedures.

- Assist with additional duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills:

- High School Diploma or equivalent

- 1-2 years of warehouse, industrial, manufacturing, or shipping & receiving experience

- Valid Counterbalance and Reach Truck Forklift Certification

- Knowledge of TDG, WHMIS, and workplace safety procedures

- Experience working with inventory and material handling processes.

- Familiarity with ERP systems is considered an asset.

- Strong commitment to workplace safety.

- Previous Joint Health & Safety Committee experience is considered an asset.

- Comfortable working outdoors for extended periods, including loading and unloading bulk tanker trucks.

- Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.

- Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
