The Role:

- Lead and coordinate a small team of maintenance technicians
- Oversee preventative maintenance and equipment reliability
- Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic,



pneumatic, electrical and automated equipment
- Manage contractors, parts, and maintenance projects

The Person:

- 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing
- Strong mechanical, electrical and automation troubleshooting skills
- Experience with PLCs, VFDs, hydraulics, pneumatics and industrial heating/boilers
- Previous experience leading, coaching or supervising technical staff
