We are seeking energetic and enthusiastic Winter Adventure Guides and Drivers for the 2026/27 season! In this dynamic role, you will lead exhilarating winter excursions, ensure guest safety, and provide exceptional customer service. Duties

- Lead guided winter activities such as snowshoeing, ice-cleat walks, or scenic tours while ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Drive guests safely to various winter destinations using company vehicles, maintaining excellent driving standards.
- Provide engaging commentary and public speaking during tours to educate guests about local history, wildlife, or winter sports.
- Assist guests with equipment fitting, instructions, and safety gear to enhance their experience.
- Manage time effectively to coordinate multiple tours or activities throughout the day.
- Communicate clearly with team members and guests to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service delivery.




- Demonstrate leadership by guiding groups responsibly and resolving any guest concerns promptly and professionally.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in customer service, guiding outdoor activities, or teaching is preferred.
- Strong public speaking and communication skills to confidently engage with groups of all sizes.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience driving large vehicles or snow vehicles is a plus.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple bookings efficiently.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire team members and guests alike.
- Passion for winter sports, outdoor adventure, and sharing knowledge in an energetic manner.

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 35.0 per week
