Responsibilities

- Perform routine inspections of building infrastructure to identify and address maintenance needs including plumbing, electrical, and structural issues.
- Address plumbing problems such as leaks, clogs, and faulty fixtures.
- Maintain detailed records of repairs, inspections, and maintenance activities for compliance and future reference.
- Work and coordinate with contractors when necessary.
- Maintain outdoor areas.
- Repair and patch walls, ceilings,



and other surfaces as needed.
- Inspect, clean, and repair HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with other team members to prioritize and resolve urgent matters.
- Respond promptly to guest requests or facility issues with professionalism and customer service excellence to minimize disruptions.

Experience

- Proven experience in hospitality maintenance environments.
- Excellent communication skills in English with the capacity to work effectively with the rest of the team while providing outstanding customer service.

Pay: $16.50-$18.50 per hour
