Morrice Transportation is seeking a skilled 310T truck and trailer mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in truck and trailer repair and maintenance, This role requires hands-on experience and a commitment to delivering high-quality service to maintain our fleet.

Requirements:

- 310T mechanic license in good standing from the Ministry of Transportation of Ontario, or 3rd year apprentice with the ability to obtain certification while employed.
- Must have the necessary tools and in valuable working order;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
- Excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting skills, capable of identifying and resolving complex mechanical issues on electrical, hydraulic, power train, suspension, brake, and air systems.




- Perform regular preventative maintenance tasks and conduct and complete safety inspections.
- Knowledge of maintaining and repairing Volvo, Freightliner and International trucks is a significant advantage.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. AZ endorsement preferred.
- Follow all attendance and punctuality standards.
- Follow all work rules and follows directions from Company management.
- Maintain a clean, efficient work area and assist in keeping the shop neat and organized

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $27.00-$40.00 per hour
