We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated ABA Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with children and their families to deliver direct ABA Therapy.
Duties
- Work with children diagnosed with Autism and other Developmental Disabilities supervised by a Behaviour Analyst.
- Implement ABA therapy in 1:1 DTT and NET in the homes of the clients.
- Monitor child’s progress through data collection and graphing.
- Provide parent training, education, and support services.
- Provide modeling techniques and strategies.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
Skills
- One year of experience of working and teaching children with special needs (Autism included).
- A valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends (until 7pm and occasional Saturdays);
- A College Diploma or University Degree in a related field.
- ABA/Autism-related Diploma/Certificate is an asset .
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and a willingness to learn.
- Current clear Vulnerable Security Sector Police Check.
- Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams to achieve shared goals.
