We're hiring an experienced Accident Benefits Paralegal with three or more years of hands-on experience handling accident advantages claims from intake through LAT applications and settlements.
You'll manage files end to end — gathering medical documentation, preparing LAT submissions, negotiating settlements, and communicating with clients, insurers, and opposing counsel. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
Pay: $47,681.18-$93,079.90 per year
