Green Metals Canada, Inc. (Woodstock) currently has an opportunity for the position of Account Representative Assistant. Under the direction of the Manager, the successful candidate will play a fundamental role in ensuring efficient day-to-day processes and activities.

In this role, the successful candidate will possess a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, have excellent verbal and written communication skills, and will demonstrate the ability to remain organized while meeting tight deadlines.

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate requirements, including logistics and requests with the customer base
- Enter pricing, weights, and other inputs into ERP system as required
- Liaise with operations for shipping and receiving requirements
- Support Account Representatives with sales activities, reports, and requests and work as a liaison between the sales and accounting departments
- Support Management with sales presentations and relevant month-end reporting requirements
- Actively monitor and track railcar shipments in transit and work with the Manager to resolve any logistical issues
- Maintain effective filing system and support document retrieval for audits




- Additional data entry requirements as required by sales, accounting, or operations
- Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

- Post-secondary education in business considered an asset
- Ability to speak and write fluently in English
- Proficient with MS Office with solid working knowledge of excel
- Must be able to drive a car/have a valid G Class license
- Ability to learn and proficiently use a variety of internally utilized software programs

Work Conditions:

- Woodstock, ON and Cambridge, ON as required
- Office Workplace with some exposure to operations
- Overtime as required
