Job Summary

We are seeking a agile and detail-oriented Accountant to join our financial team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing various accounting functions, ensuring accuracy in financial records, and supporting the overall financial health of the organization. Your expertise will help maintain seamless financial operations, facilitate audits, and contribute to strategic decision-making.

Duties

- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections
- Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, Workday, PeopleSoft, Ceridian, UltiPro, Kronos, and ADP for data entry, transaction recording, and report generation
- Perform account reconciliations regularly to verify accuracy across various ledgers and bank statements
- Process payroll using systems like ADP, Ceridian, UltiPro, Kronos, or Workday while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
- Conduct detailed account analysis to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly




- Assist in budgeting activities by preparing financial reports and supporting documentation
- Maintain meticulous bookkeeping records and support audit preparations through organized documentation

Skills

- Proficiency in popular accounting software including QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, Workday, PeopleSoft, Ceridian, UltiPro, Kronos, and ADP
- Strong understanding of accounts payable and receivable workflows
- Experience with payroll processing and related compliance requirements
- Excellent data entry skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to perform account reconciliation accurately and efficiently
- Solid math skills combined with analytical thinking for account analysis and budgeting tasks
- Knowledge of financial services industry standards and practices is a plus
