RESPONSIBILITIES

Full responsibility of A/P functions including entering invoices, running cheques and prepare cheques for distribution/mailing.

Reconciling supplier accounts.

Responding to Vendors on a timely basis.

Maintain books of account (including but not limited to preparing cheques, coding and posting invoices, journal entries, reconciliation of balance sheet accounts Oversee issuing of cheques/payment of invoices Assist with internal system of handling funds and reconciling daily cash deposits

Maintain an accurate and complete trail of supporting documentation for all finances and bookkeeping Maintain up-to-date, complete and systematic filing system to support book-keeping and financial records Process payroll,



including maintenance of employee schedules of both stores

Human Resource management

Complete Ad-hoc requests

REQUIREMENTS

Very organized and systematic nature, demonstrated problem solving abilities.

Highly effective and productive, demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast paced environment.

Knowledge and experience with Quickbooks (is an asset), Microsoft Suite, Google sheets and other basic computer skills

Ability to effectively organize and prepare backup documentation to support any financial information reported externally

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 – 40.0 per week
