Responsibilities

- Engage with prospective students through phone calls, virtual meetings, and campus visits to promote the institution’s programs and benefits
- Conduct informative presentations and campus tours, showcasing our offerings with confidence and enthusiasm
- Guide applicants through the entire admissions process, including application review, document collection, and interview scheduling
- Collaborate with recruitment teams to develop targeted outreach strategies that attract diverse student populations
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, applications, and follow-up activities using Ellucian or similar student information systems




- Provide clear and detailed information about program options, financial aid opportunities, and admission requirements
- Assist in organizing recruitment events, open houses, and informational sessions to maximize outreach efforts

Skills

- Strong public speaking skills with the ability to confidently present information to groups and individuals
- Experience with Ellucian or other student information systems for managing applicant data efficiently
- Proven recruiting experience or background in student recruitment campaigns
- Teaching or training experience that enables effective communication of complex information in an understandable manner
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor that fosters trust and engagement
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment
