Job Summary

Responsibilities

- Assist residents or clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility to promote comfort and independence
- Administer medications accurately following prescribed schedules and safety protocols
- Support individuals with dementia or disabilities by implementing tailored care plans and engaging them in meaningful activities
- Prepare nutritious meals and snacks aligned with dietary needs and preferences
- Maintain a clean and secure environment through regular cleaning, laundry, and organization of personal spaces
- Document care provided,



observe changes in health or behavior, and report to supervisors promptly
- Foster positive relationships by offering emotional support, companionship, and encouragement to enhance quality of life

Experience

- Prior experience working in assisted living facilities or nursing homes is highly desirable
- Proven caregiving experience with seniors or individuals with disabilities
- Knowledge of dementia care techniques and medication administration procedures
- Familiarity with home care practices including meal preparation and light cleaning tasks
- Strong communication skills with the ability to connect empathetically with diverse individuals
