We're looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Afterhours Dispatcher to join our team. If you thrive under pressure, have robust communication skills, and enjoy solving problems in real time — we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

- Monitor and coordinate afterhours logistics and dispatch operations
- Respond quickly to driver and customer calls, texts, and emails
- Handle route adjustments, delays, and emergency issues with professionalism
- Ensure all interactions are logged accurately for morning handoffs




- Work closely with operations to keep everything running smoothly
- Provide immediate support for breakdowns, accidents, and recovery situations
- Act as the first point of contact for emergency calls and service disruptions

What We’re Looking For:

- Previous dispatch, logistics, or transportation experience (preferred)
- Strong multitasking, communication, and decision-making skills
- Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be punctual, dependable, and team-oriented
- Office-based availability required

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,793.00-$61,212.00 per year
