Using AI-powered tools, primarily Creatify

, you'll create high-quality videos for our product pages while also supporting marketing campaigns with promotional video content.

About the Role

As our AI E-Commerce Content Creator

, you'll be responsible for creating AI-generated product videos for our Shopify websites. Your primary focus will be producing informative, engaging videos for Product Detail Pages (PDPs) that showcase product features, benefits, and functionality to help customers make confident purchasing decisions.

You'll also create promotional videos for paid advertising, email campaigns, social media, and seasonal marketing initiatives as needed.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining creativity, AI technology, and e-commerce to produce high-quality content at scale.

What You'll Do

- Create AI-generated product videos using Creatify for Product Detail Pages (PDPs).
- Transform product specifications, descriptions, key features, customer reviews, and marketing briefs into engaging video content.
- Write scripts, headlines, captions, product copy, and calls-to-action that improve customer engagement and conversion.
- Produce consistent, on-brand content across a large product catalog while maintaining accuracy and quality.
- Customize AI-generated videos by selecting avatars, voiceovers, backgrounds, music, captions, animations, and branding elements.
- Edit and refine videos to ensure smooth pacing, clear messaging, and a polished customer experience.
- Create promotional video assets for paid advertising, email marketing, homepage banners, social media, product launches, and seasonal campaigns.




- Repurpose content into multiple aspect ratios and formats for Shopify, Meta, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other digital channels.
- Build prompt libraries, creative templates, and scalable workflows to increase production efficiency.
- Maintain brand consistency across all creative assets.
- Stay current with emerging AI creative tools, prompting techniques, and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with the Marketing, E-commerce, and Merchandising teams to prioritize projects and support product launches and promotional initiatives.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications Required

- Experience creating AI-generated videos.
- Robust understanding of e-commerce merchandising and product storytelling.
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate, high-quality content.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.

Preferred Experience with one or more of the following:

- ChatGPT
- Creatify
- Runway
- Veo
- Sora
- ElevenLabs
- CapCut
- Canva
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Experience with Shopify, e-commerce, direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands, or digital marketing is considered a strong asset.
