The Role

As an AI Engineering & Manufacturing Specialist, you will help identify manufacturing challenges and develop technology-driven solutions using engineering principles, AI, IoT, automation, and digital tools.

Depending on your technical background, you may work on:

- AI-powered manufacturing solutions
- AI vision inspection and quality control
- Predictive maintenance
- Industrial IoT and connected sensors
- Manufacturing process optimization
- Engineering and design automation
- AI agents for engineering and manufacturing workflows
- Data collection, analysis, and machine learning
- CAD, simulation, and digital engineering
- Automation and robotics applications

You do not need to be an expert in every area. We are looking for people with strong expertise in at least one technical area and an interest in applying AI and emerging technologies to engineering and manufacturing problems.

Qualifications

- Minimum 4-year university degree in engineering, computer science, AI, IoT, manufacturing, or a related technical field.
- 3 years of relevant work experience preferred.
- Candidates without work experience may also be considered if they have a strong GPA and strong technical projects, research, or university experience. (Attach your transcript with your resume)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Solid interest in AI, engineering, IoT, automation, and emerging technologies.
- Ability to learn quickly and work across different technical disciplines.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to contribute in an early-stage company.
