Role Description AI/ML Engineers at AXAI Labs design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI solutions within the Microsoft enterprise AI ecosystem. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and training models for pattern recognition, optimizing algorithms, evaluating model performance using statistical methods, and integrating AI components into production systems. Engineers collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions, maintain model documentation, and ensure adherence to security and compliance standards.





This is a full time on-site role based in Toronto, ON, working closely with other engineers, data professionals, and product stakeholders to deliver robust enterprise AI applications.

Qualifications

- Strong foundations in Computer Science and Algorithms, with the ability to design efficient, scalable solutions.
- Experience with Pattern Recognition and Neural Networks for building and refining AI/ML models.
- Proficiency in Statistics for model evaluation, performance analysis, and experimental design.
- Hands-on experience with common ML frameworks and tools (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn) and modern data pipelines.
- Knowledge of cloud and enterprise ecosystems, preferably Microsoft Azure and related AI services.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
- Ability to work collaboratively on-site in Toronto, ON, communicating complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Experience with MLOps, model monitoring, and secure AI development practices is an asset.
