Croesus is building the next generation of wealth management software, with an Innovation team that prototypes AI-native features and platform work. We value hands-on leadership, deep architectural thinking, and a solid engineering bar.
You will lead a small group of developers and researchers, pushing the boundaries of how we build software, and driving the team to ship high-quality, scalable solutions. This role demands bilingual collaboration and a bias for fast iteration.
