Join our dynamic security team as an Alarm Responder, where your vigilance and quick response skills will be vital in safeguarding our facilities and assets. In this role, you will monitor alarm systems, assess security alerts, and coordinate with law enforcement or emergency services when necessary. Duties

- Respond promptly to alarm activations, assessing the situation with a keen eye for detail.
- Conduct surveillance using CCTV systems to monitor premises for suspicious activity or security breaches.
- Coordinate with law enforcement agencies or emergency responders during incidents, providing clear and accurate information.
- Perform regular checks of security equipment, including CCTV cameras and alarm systems, ensuring they are fully operational.
- Document all alarm responses, incidents, and surveillance activities thoroughly in logs and reports.
- Assist in loss prevention efforts by observing and reporting suspicious behavior or potential thefts.
- Maintain a high level of situational awareness to prevent security breaches before they occur.

Experience

- Previous experience in law enforcement, security, or surveillance roles is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with CCTV systems,



alarm monitoring software, and security protocols is essential.
- Knowledge of loss prevention techniques and best practices for deterring theft or vandalism.
- Robust observational skills with the ability to quickly analyze situations and make sound decisions.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with emergency responders and team members.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure while managing multiple alarms or incidents simultaneously.
