Hiring: Application/Production Support Engineer – Salesforce

Location: Toronto, ON — 4 days/week onsite (non-negotiable)

Interview: Face-to-face interview required (L1 and/or Client Interview)

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Application/Production Support Engineer to provide L2/L3 production support for Client Technology and Global Investment Banking applications, including Salesforce, Dealogic, Capital IQ, and related platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide L2/L3 production support for global front-office users
- Manage Incident, Problem & Change Management following ITIL processes
- Coordinate releases, bug fixes, and enhancements
- Improve system reliability through monitoring, automation, and CI/CD
- Perform capacity planning and disaster recovery coordination
- Maintain runbooks, documentation, and knowledge-sharing materials
- Collaborate with business, technology, compliance teams, and vendors
- Participate in on call/weekend release rotations

Must-Have Skills:





- 7–12 years of Application/Production Support experience
- Strong L2/L3 Production Support experience
- Python or similar scripting/automation
- Linux/Windows + SQL
- Solid understanding of ITIL – Incident, Problem & Change Management
- Monitoring, troubleshooting, and RCA experience
- Capital Markets / Investment Banking experience strongly preferred

Nice to Have:

- Geneos, AppDynamics, Dynatrace
- Control-M / Autosys
- Jenkins, GitHub, Ansible
- AWS, Docker, Kubernetes
- Salesforce / Capital Markets platform exposure
