Appointment Setter (Outbound) — Scale Selling Toronto

Scale Selling Toronto helps local businesses grow through web design, SEO, Google Ads, and social media. We're hiring an outbound appointment setter to book qualified strategy calls with Toronto-area business owners.

The role

- Build your own lead lists from criteria we provide (business types, areas, buying signals)
- Run outbound outreach (cold calls, email, LinkedIn) using our scripts and messaging
- Qualify prospects and book strategy calls onto the calendar
- Track activity and follow up in our CRM The deal:
- $1,000/month base pay
- 10% commission on revenue from every client you source, paid across their first 12 active months
- Scripts, messaging, CRM, and training provided — you bring the consistency
- 3-month initial term with a performance review; robust performers continue

You

- Confident on the phone and comfortable with cold outreach
- Resourceful researcher — you can build a solid list, not just work one
- Self-directed, consistent with follow-up
- Based in the GTA (remote-friendly)
- Real estate industry familiarity is a plus — we're growing an agent/brokerage website offering with IDX integration
