We need a reliable, professional representative in the Winnipeg area to attend construction site meetings and report back to our Toronto head office. Your first assignment is urgent: a mandatory pre-bid meeting and site tour on Thursday, October 1, 2026 at 11:00 AM at a civil/site-works project in Manitoba's Interlake region, about 2.5 hours north of Winnipeg. Future assignments will follow as projects come up.

Responsibilities

- Attend mandatory site meetings and tours on Consilium's behalf and sign the attendance register
- Take detailed notes on site conditions, access, and anything raised by the owner or consultant
- Take clear photos of the site (where permitted)
- Record questions asked and answers given during the meeting
- Submit a short written report with photos the same day
- Represent Consilium professionally and discreetly

Requirements

- Valid driver's licence and a reliable vehicle
- Available on Thursday, October 1 for a full day
- Construction,



civil, or site background is a robust asset (site supervisor, estimator, inspector, project coordinator, or similar)
- Strong attention to detail and clear written communication
- Smartphone for photos and reporting
- Own CSA-approved safety boots, hard hat, and hi-vis vest
