We are seeking a passionate Assistant Baker to join our team. In this role, you will support the bakery operations by preparing ingredients, assisting with baking processes, and ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality. Responsibilities

- Assist in preparing doughs, batters, fillings, and toppings for a variety of baked goods and desserts.
- Support the baking process by monitoring ovens, timing, and ensuring products meet quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery workspace in compliance with food safety regulations.
- Package baked goods carefully for retail display or customer orders, ensuring freshness and presentation.
- Handle food safely by following proper hygiene practices and handling procedures at all times.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions about products, offering recommendations,



and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

Experience

- Previous experience in a bakery, restaurant, or food preparation environment is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is key!
- Basic knowledge of food handling, safety protocols, and kitchen equipment operation is beneficial.
- Experience in the food industry that demonstrates attention to detail and teamwork will set you apart.
- Strong communication skills coupled with a positive attitude are essential for success in this role.
