Responsibilities

- Assist in managing daily housekeeping operations, including scheduling, training, and supervising staff to maintain exceptional cleanliness standards.
- Oversee cleaning procedures across guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces, ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene protocols.
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfill special requests and resolve any guest concerns related to cleanliness or housekeeping services.
- Conduct regular inspections of rooms and facilities to uphold quality standards and identify areas for improvement.
- Support inventory management by monitoring supplies, equipment maintenance, and ordering necessary items for efficient operations.
- Lead by example in performing cleaning duties when needed, including industrial cleaning tasks and custodial responsibilities.




- Promote a positive team environment through motivation, transparent communication, and recognition of staff achievements.

Skills

- Proven experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial services within the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, industrial cleaning equipment, and safety procedures.
- Excellent leadership abilities with the capacity to train and motivate staff effectively.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills to coordinate with team members and other departments seamlessly.
- Familiarity with hospitality industry best practices and a passion for delivering outstanding service.
