DoubleTree by Hilton Regina is looking for a motivated and hands-on Assistant Manager – Food & Beverage Services to help lead our Restaurant, Made Market Café and Banquet operations.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced hospitality leader who enjoys coaching a team, solving problems and creating exceptional guest experiences.

What You’ll Do

- Support daily Restaurant, Made Market Café and Banquet operations
- Lead, coach and motivate Food & Beverage team members
- Provide hands-on support during busy periods
- Ensure excellent guest service and address concerns when needed
- Work closely with Culinary and Catering teams
- Assist with scheduling, inventory, ordering and cost controls
- Support banquet functions, special events and promotions
- Maintain high standards for cleanliness, safety and service

What We’re Looking For
- Previous supervisory or management experience in food & beverage or hospitality
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A positive, hands-on approach to leadership
- Excellent guest-service and problem-solving skills




- Ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of restaurant, café and/or banquet operations
- Experience with POS systems and Microsoft Office
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts based on business needs

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: $48,000.00-$50,500.00 per year
