Job Summary

Beer Bread is seeking an experienced, organized, and dependable Assistant Restaurant Manager to support daily restaurant operations, assist the management team, and provide an excellent guest experience. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership and communication skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Support daily restaurant operations and service activities
- Supervise, support, and coordinate restaurant staff
- Provide excellent customer service and handle guest concerns
- Assist with staff schedules, assignments, and daily priorities
- Monitor food quality and restaurant service standards
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and management
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming restaurant
- Monitor inventory, supplies, and ordering needs




- Assist with opening and closing procedures
- Follow restaurant safety, sanitation, and service standards

Requirements
- Previous Assistant Restaurant Manager, Restaurant Supervisor, or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
- Friendly, professional, and dependable
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to multitask in a quick-paced restaurant environment
- Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of restaurant safety and sanitation standards

Apply Now Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 34.0 per week
