Grand & Toy in Canada is seeking a District Sales Manager to lead and develop a field-based team across Atlantic Canada. You will coach sales reps, nurture key customer relationships, and execute strategies to accelerate growth and improve the customer experience.

You will spend significant time in the field, using data and CRM tools to guide decisions, exceed revenue targets, and collaborate with marketing and operations to deliver results.
