Duties

- Assist customers in identifying and selecting the correct auto parts and accessories based on their vehicle needs and specifications
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems while handling cash, credit, and electronic payments securely
- Maintain a well-organized parts inventory, including order fulfillment and stock replenishment to ensure product availability
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, offering technical advice, and addressing concerns with professionalism
- Collaborate with automotive repair shops, dealerships, and retail clients to support their parts requirements efficiently
- Utilize communication skills to negotiate sales, promote marketing initiatives, and upsell complementary products




- Keep detailed records of transactions, maintain cleanliness of the counter area, and ensure adherence to safety protocols

Experience

- Dealership experience or background in automotive repair highly preferred
- Proven retail sales experience with a focus on customer service excellence
- Familiarity with POS systems, CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System), and Microsoft Excel for record-keeping and inventory management
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a strong plus for serving diverse customer bases
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in order fulfillment and stock management
- Excellent math skills for handling cash handling, pricing calculations, and inventory counts
- Effective communication skills for phone etiquette, negotiation, and teamwork in fast-paced environments
