Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Auto body / Truck and Trailer Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in auto body and mechanical knowledge and experience with heavy equipment operation. This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining commercial trucks & trailers and related equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.

Duties

- Auto body repairs to commercial trucks and trailers.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on commercial trucks and trailers, including brakes, axles, and electrical systems.
- Diagnose mechanical issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Operate heavy equipment as needed for repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.




- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while adhering to quality standards.
- Engage in heavy lifting as required during repair processes, ensuring proper techniques are used to prevent injury.

Experience

- Proven experience in commercial equipment repair.
- Proven experience in auto body repair.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various systems effectively.
- Familiarity with industrial equipment and farm machinery is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks associated with truck & trailer repairs, including heavy lifting when necessary.
- Previous experience operating heavy equipment is highly desirable.

Job Type: Full time Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
